Atlantic Equity Partners, an impact-focused real estate private equity firm specializing in value-add hotels, launches Fund II. This new fund, designed with a double-bottom-line approach, aims to secure over $150 million from global limited partners, with an initial commitment of $25 million already secured. Leveraging the current economic climate of a cooling global economy and softening real estate valuations, Fund II will continue the firm's focus on investing in hotels and related properties.
