UK mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital has announced the successful closing of its latest flagship fund, Bowmark Capital Partners VII, with total commitments surpassing £900 million, marking a substantial 50% increase compared to its predecessor. The fund, initially launched with a target of £800 million, garnered exceptional support from existing investors, boasting a re-up rate exceeding 100%.

Despite challenging market conditions, Bowmark VII witnessed rapid momentum, achieving a first close in October 2023 and subsequently concluding at its hard cap within a mere three months. This swift fundraising success underscores Bowmark's consistent investment prowess across various economic cycles.
