Coller Capital, a leading player in the secondaries market, has unveiled its latest offering, the Coller Secondaries Private Equity Opportunities Fund (C-SPEF), designed specifically for high-net-worth individuals. Scheduled for investment commencement in April 2024, C-SPEF is accessible to both US taxable and tax-exempt investors, featuring monthly subscriptions, quarterly redemptions, a reduced minimum investment threshold compared to conventional private market options, and simplified 1099 tax reporting.

Notably, the fund adopts a fee structure that eliminates performance fees and waives management fees during its inaugural year.
