CrossHarbor closes Fund X with an oversubscribed $865m

CrossHarbor Capital Partners has successfully closed its tenth opportunistic fund, CrossHarbor Institutional Partners Fund 2021. The fund raised a total of $865 million in LP commitments, exceeding its initial target of $850 million. The capital came from a mix of both new and returning investors, including pension plans, endowments, foundations, financial institutions, and family offices. CIP 2021 will focus on high-yield debt and equity investments in growth markets across the U.S., with the aim of creating value in underperforming properties and capitalizing on distressed situations.
