HSBC Asset Management launches Vision VI with $3.2b

HSBC Asset Management launched its sixth Vision Private Equity fundraise on November 16, 2023. This fundraise will invest in secondary, primary funds, and co-investment deals. 

HSBC AM's private equity opportunities program has total commitments of around $3.2 billion. This includes the close of its two previous vehicles in 2020 and 2021. The third directly-managed secondaries fund, Private Equity Opportunities III, was launched in December 2022 and had total commitments of around $738 million.
