I Squared Capital, a prominent private equity firm specializing in global infrastructure investments, has successfully concluded its inaugural dedicated climate fund in collaboration with the US International Finance Development Corporation (DFC), reaching a total capitalization of $1.2 billion.
The DFC has pledged $300 million, while I Squared Capital-led funds will contribute $900 million, earmarked for investments in climate-focused infrastructure projects.
