L Squared closes Fund IV with $840m in capital commitments

L Squared recently concluded the final closing of its fourth private equity fund, amassing $840 million in capital. This achievement follows the success of their previous fund, which reached a closing amount of $505 million in September 2020. Specializing in investments ranging from $50 million to $125 million, L Squared focuses on North America-based companies with revenues spanning from $20 million to $125 million.
