Private markets investor Pantheon has successfully concluded the fundraising for its Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund IV, surpassing its initial $3 billion target. The closed fund, along with associated parallel vehicles, reached an impressive $5.3 billion, marking Pantheon's most substantial capital raise to date.
A spokesperson from the firm disclosed that the funds garnered support from a diverse group of institutional and private wealth investors spanning Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
The fund, currently 75% deployed, emphasizes both limited partner portfolio and general partner-initiated secondaries, with over 90% of committed capital allocated to these strategic investments. This achievement underscores Pantheon's prowess in navigating the global private equity landscape and signals strong investor confidence in the firm's strategic vision and capabilities.
