Realization Capital Partners closes oversubscribed Fund II with $323m

Realization Capital Partners has successfully closed its second investment fund, raising $323 million from a diverse range of investors.

The firm focuses on investing in high-potential, growth-stage technology companies through both primary and secondary opportunities.

Realization Capital has already acquired stakes in 29 companies and partially or fully exited positions in 11 portfolio companies since its inception in 2019.
