Renovus Capital Raises $325M Continuation Fund for Knowledge & Talent Sector

Philadelphia-based Renovus Capital Partners, specializing in founder-owned businesses within Knowledge & Talent industries, has closed its first multi-asset continuation fund at $325 million. This brings Renovus's total raised capital to over $1.5 billion across various investment vehicles, marking a significant milestone. The new fund, dubbed the Renovus Continuation Fund (CV), will recapitalize four portfolio companies from Renovus Capital Partners, LP ("Fund I") and Renovus Capital Partners II, LP ("Fund II"). Moreover, the CV offers an additional $60 million for strategic acquisitions within its portfolio. Notable limited partners contributing to the fund's formation include New 2ND Capital, RCP Advisors, Blackstone Strategic Partners, Montana Capital Partners, Unigestion, Arcano Partners, alongside significant rollover from Renovus's co-founders.

Established in 2010, Renovus Capital Partners specializes in lower middle-market private equity within the Knowledge and Talent sectors. Managing over $1.5 billion in assets from its Philadelphia base, Renovus's portfolio spans 25 U.S.-based businesses, focusing on education, workforce development, and services in technology, healthcare, and professional services markets.
